I fished the Lower Provo tonight for 3 hours and it was very slow. The water was running at 200 cfs. With some of this warm weather the snow is melting and decreasing the water clarity. The higher up on the river the better the clarity. I talked to a few other anglers fly and conventional and all were having a slow evening. Good news was I wasn't skunked and was able to catch 3 small browns.
